Which are the requirements for the emergence of multiple accounts of the world? To think the income guaranteed through the history of the fights of the women and the feminist theory

From the critical point of view for the speech on the guaranteed income, I draw here the traces of a course leading me to perceive some limits of them. Income guaranteed like problem. Like object to be questioned. At the same time, while crossing the borders of the disciplines, and in particular in one beyond the political economy and of his criticism, I find within the feminist theory the traces of another course which leads me to affirm the thesis whereby the guaranteed income is a requirement, although, certainly, nonsufficient. Guaranteed income as arms mental with displacement of the binary categories which control us: employment-unemployment, credit-inactive, employable-unusable. But also, income guaranteed like requirement (but not sufficient) so that other accounts of the world, other forms of life can exist.

Introduction to feminism postcolonial and genesis of this current
Source: http://www.resistingwomen.net/spip.php?article108
by Laetitia Dechaufour

Feminism postcolonial made an conspicuous entry in France a few years ago. Its questionings resound particularly with the French topicality and the work started by the feminist thought in France to cross sex, class and race to produce ethnocentrées analyses of the oppression of the women. Feminism postcolonial is indeed of the interest to subject hegemonic feminism in critical comparison of the theories postcoloniales and a feminist prospect which considers the reports/ratios of sex in their geographically colonized and racized dimension historically and. The objective of this communication is thus to propose an introduction to feminism postcolonial, while insisting on the genesis of this current. I am not a specialist in this current, but my research task on the fights of the Amerindian women in Quebec led me to look further into the bond between patriarchate and colonialism. Moreover, the frequentation of a North-American university allowed me to have access to a considerable literature on the subject, access which we do not have in France.

Let us specify besides on this subject that feminism postcolonial, of the day of today, is thought, is written and read in a dominating way in the Anglo-Saxon world, although its auteures result from the colonized, esclavagized worlds and/or thirds-mondisés. That poses a certain number of problems, mainly that of the translation of certain concepts of English into French; this problem is not ready to be solved in my opinion, more especially as very few texts are translated. As for the term “postcolonial”, it lends to confusion and is the subject of many debates. For my part, I retain the definition that Leila Ahmed (1996 gives some: 143), namely “[…] how colonialism was reconfigured after be-saying decolonization: how the postcoloniaux reports/ratios are maintained like material and discursive reports/ratios of antagonism and resistance.

The queer: towards a revolution of the policies of the sexual identities and kind
Source: http://nopasaran.samizdat.net/article.php3?id_article=1177

According to Elsa Dorlin (teacher of philosophy in Paris I), to find the genealogy of the queer, it is necessary to start by seeking in the popular quarters blacks and latinos of New York in the years 1970 when the ballrooms developed. These ballrooms made it possible each one to ravel, to be disguised along a podium at the time of competition, in order to practise there various “masculinities” and “femininities”. These ballrooms was true performances of the kind and drag (dressing-up) [1]. They show that femininities and the masculinities are lived like a real experiment of performance, within the meaning of one to make, of a “setting in scene”. That the masculine and the female one are a exercise of setting in scene.

Currents of feminist thought - Introduction
By Louise TOUPIN/Part-time lecturer in feminist studies
Source: http://netfemmes.cdeacf.ca/documents/courants0.html

The movement of the women, impelled by feminism, is one of the great social movements of this century. That is now commonly allowed. What is less agreed, it is that it is crossed by various currents of ideas. One can indeed less and less speak about feminism like homogeneous or monolithic block. Which are thus these currents of thought which animate the feminism and the movement of the women?
The text currents of feminist thought of Louise Toupin, who constitutes a re-examined and increased version text published under the same title in the “Case of information on the 25 last years the Québécois feminism” What feminism? , [published by the Information center on the education of the adults and female condition (CDEACF) and Relay women in 1997], precisely intends to highlight three great traditions of feminist thought; these last constitute benchmarks useful for the comprehension of the evolution of the various feminist tendencies.
This text describes the traditions of liberal feminism, Marxist feminism and radical feminism in the double plan of their analysis of the causes of the subordination of the women and their strategies of change. It treats then metamorphoses which they knew (running radical materialist, running radical of the difference, current socialist feminists, running of the wages to the housework, running of popular feminism and environmental feminism) as of the new prospects which crossed them (black feminism or of color, perspective lesbians).
Let us stress that these various labels are not considered like categories of exclusion, but rather like tracks of comprehension of the traditions of feminist thought and their evolution. Conceived with a teaching aim, the text must be regarded as a “work in progress”, likely to be enriched with the wire by the discussions which it will cause.

The proclamation cyborg: science, technology and the feminism-Socialist towards the end of the XXème century
by Haraway Gave
First publication in September 1992

Ironic dream of a common language for the women in “the integrated circuit”.

This test [1] will endeavour to build a political and ironic myth faithful to feminism, socialism and the materialism, perhaps more faithful, with the direction where the blasphemy is faithful that within the meaning of the veneration and of the identification. The blasphemy always seemed to require to very take the things with the serious one. I do not know a better position to be taken compared to the heart of the religious and evangelic secular traditions of the policy in the United States (political of socialist feminism included). The blasphemy protects us from the moral majority which is inside, while still insisting on the need for community. The blasphemy is not the apostasy. The irony relates to contradictions which do not reduce it to more important “touts”, even in a dialectical way, it relates to the tension to be made hold of the incompatible things unit because two all of them or are necessary and true. The irony relates to the serious humour and play. It is also a strategy of rhetoric and a political method which I would like to see more with the honor within socialist feminism. In the center of my ironic faith, my blasphemy, it there with the image of the cyborg.
