The Ministry for the Interior wants to prohibit gay magazine ILLICO

The Ministry for the interior with envoy a missive with the drafting of the gay magazine Illico, to threaten it of censure, under pretext of protection of youth (Article 14 of the law n°49.956 of July 16, 1949). The object of the offence is a pornographic representation: one sees penises in erection (floutés actually) in a gay magazine which sells vidéos porn, what a incongruity, indeed!!

Illico is a magazine distributed free in great number in gay places reserved to major customers (bar, limps, saunas), which shows the unfounded and whimsical character charges of the Beauvau Place. Actually this attack resembles more one attempt of muselage of a title which is opposed to the candidate of UMP. The drafting of the commercial magazine positioned clearly against the candidate Nicolas Sarkozy de Nagy-Bosca, denouncing the danger which its possible election with the Presidency of the Republic could represent.

One will be able to note the variation of positioning with the Têtu magazine, which proclaimed, through his director of the drafting, which “one gané”. In this assertion, Thomas Doustaly let imply that, some barrel the result of the presidential election, the gays and lesbians did not have any more a concern to be done, the equal rights became effective. In its édito euphoric, T.Doustaly enchanted turning current policy, without distinction between the programmes of right-hand side like left. This standpoint highly was then criticized by militant associations trans-fag-dyke (pink panthers, DINS…).

The drafting of Illico had better done to make like its fellow-member, and to choose a smoky neutrality, thus it would escape the lightnings from the Ministry from François Baroin, chiraquien supporting the candidature of its predecessor NR. Sarkozy de Nagy-Bosca.

This process is hardly astonishing on behalf of a party (UMP) whose chief usually practises the intimidation with respect to the media. This additional sign shows us the dark face of the capacity being announced in the event of victory of the candidate reactionary.

Post-O-porn brings, obviously, its support for Illico which must face it authoritative capacity of the UMP government.
