We who sensitize and form the public ones today and of tomorrow,
We who support a cinema of quality, independence and creation, within the framework of a national policy concerted and durable founded on the interest
general, within the framework of the recognition by OMC of the principle of the cultural exception and for the cultural diversity supported by UNESCO,
let us invite the State solemnly to reaffirm politically and financially, the place of the cinema and the audio-visual one in the field of Art and the Culture, and to maintain the cultural policy original, which is our collective invention and which remains our project.
