A people is missing is an art curatorial platform based in Paris, France. It was created by Kantuta Quiros and Aliocha Imhoff in 2005, and operates at the intersection of contemporary art and research. A people is missing is also producing and distributing artists' films.

Le peuple qui manque is pleased to present his distribution films catalog for televisions, exhibitions, films festivals, theaters, museums, and institutions. Our catalog is promoting avant-garde films and artists videos, video art, performance art history.
This collection is aimed primarily for film festivals, museums and art centers, to whom we offer movies / videos to rent, but as well for television channels and production companies that we propose sale of audio-visual broadcast rights (extracts or in whole).
A virtual previews space is available on request Reserved for curators only
The indicated rental fees covers one non-commercial screening only.

This archive is associated to the 24-25 project, initiated by the French Ministry of Culture, and bringing experimental film and video art collections, institutions such as les Archives Françaises du Film (AFF), le Centre National Des Arts Plastiques – Fonds National D’art Contemporain, le Centre Pompidou (département « cinéma » et « nouveaux médias »), Cinédoc – Paris Film Coop et pointligneplan), and non-profit makin organizations like Circuit Court, Collectif Jeune Cinéma, Heure Exquise !, Instants Vidéo, le peuple qui manque, Light Cone, Vidéoformes.
